Wilted Spinach


1 bag of clean spinach leaves

1-3 teaspoons olive oil

1-2 cloves of chopped garlic


  1. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil and part of the spinach to fill the pan. Let wilt a few seconds and then add the garlic on top of the spinach.
  3. Spinach should reduce in size and turn deep green. Be careful not to burn. Serve immediately.
