1 lb. Ground pork (lean is best)
Small hand of ginger, grated without skin
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
Optional-finely shredded Chinese cabbage
Wonton wrappers-round work best
Store bought versions work well too, but homemade varieties can be cheaper and tastier.
Chili paste or Chili sauce (found in Asian grocery stores) to taste
Minced garlic or green onion slices
